At Tracy McCrackin Photography, we are dedicated to providing you with the best shipping options, ensuring timely delivery no matter where you are in the United States. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time. Below are the details of our shipping policy, divided into categories based on the type of product ordered:

1. Lab Prints, Framing, Gallery Wraps, and Similar Photographic Products

Processing Time:

It takes 5 business days for your payment to be verified as non-fraudulent, and the order to be accepted.
Once your order is accepted, it is sent to our professional photographic lab within 5 business days.
The lab requires 14 business days to prepare the product and return it to Tracy Mccrackin Photography's studio for final review.
You will be notified immediately when the product is ready to ship.

Shipping Time:

U.S. orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once shipped, items typically take 30 business days to arrive at their destination. Unless you request Expedited Shipping.

2. Non-Photographic Print Orders ("Photographic Merchandise")

Processing Time:

It takes 5 business days for your payment to be verified as non-fraudulent and the order to begin processing.
Non-photographic merchandise (such as photographic-themed products) is produced by overseas manufacturers.

Shipping Time:

Due to high demand and international shipping logistics, these items typically take 15-30 business days to arrive.
Please note that unexpected delays beyond our control may occasionally occur due to customs, shipping carrier issues, or high seasonal demand.
You will be notified when the product ships.

3. Shipping Delays for Fraud Verification:

For orders placed using a credit card, or any other means, shipping may be delayed while we verify the authenticity of the payment. This is to ensure the security of BOTH our customers and our business.

Verification typically takes an additional 5 business days. However, in cases where further investigation is required, this period may be extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays beyond this timeframe.This timeframe balances fraud prevention with maintaining good customer service.

No Overseas Shipping:

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package’s progress. Delays: While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays may impact shipping times.

There is so much history of photography here, that I am surprised I didn't know, or perhaps had forgotten some details during my 55 years taking photos and on production sets.
