Refund Policy
Our Return Policy on:
- It is standard policy, because of the nature of digital photography, to have a strict no-refund policy. However, if a mistaken image is sent to the buyer, as documented on their invoice, Tracy Mccrackin Photography will send the correct image to the buyer free of charge.
Additional non-refundable items:
- Gift cards;
- Downloadable software products;
- Downloadable images;
- Sales Items.
- Other Merchandise (Non Photographic) purchased from our t Supplier. Refunds are given only if the product is broken or not functioning. Supplier requires photographic evidence of the broken product before authorizing a refund. You have 30 days to report a broken or the merchandised product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will e to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the sval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, y be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Shipping:
You will pay for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
